Refund Policy
In this document, All.CA LLC is referred to as "All.CA".
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@all.ca and your account PIN # must be provided. There is a 5 day delete and refund option for new registrations only, however, please take note that day one begins on the day you register the domain. All registration delete and refunds will be subject to a .50cent fee being withheld (ICANN and Restocking Fee) and all refunds are processed to your In-Store Credit only. We can only refund for gtld's and newgtld's not cctld's. If you have any questions please email into support@all.ca. Thank you.
Refund Policy for Backorders
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@all.ca, and your account PIN Number must be provided for authentication purposes. Upon written request, we can also refund missed backorders. Note - all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used, with the exception of PayPal, as the payment platform is no longer a valid method of payment accepted within All.CA as of October 2020. For credit card processing, note that credit card companies typically have a 120 day refund policy. This means that if a refund request is made after that timeframe, we will have to review other options for payment distribution. In some instances related to payment type or circumstances, there may be a small fee involved based on the refund method selected by the customer.
Premium Domain Name Purchase Refund Policy
Certain Domain Names offered by All.CA are defined as Premium Domain Names. Premium Domain Names are sold on a no-return basis. Prospective purchasers of these Premium Names are notified of the Premium status prior to purchase. Premium Domain customers are required to electronically or physically sign a waiver of their right to a refund for a Premium Domain Name purchase before that purchase may be completed.
Domain Registration Refund Policy
Registration fees for Domain Names not purchased from All.CA inventory are not subject to refund.
3rd Party Product Refund Policy
All.CA does not provide refunds for any product or service purchased from third parties, including but not
limited to web/email hosting, merchant accounts, SSL certificates, and similar products.
In the event we have a system issue and cannot supply you adequate service for the products listed and/or
similar products, we may offer a pro rate refund to your In-Store Credit only, however, we will review such
request case by case.
*Choosing to cancel your hosting or like service does not qualify for a refund of any sort.
Inventory Deficit Refund Policy
On rare occasions, All.CA`s system may misidentify domains as being in inventory when they are not. Also, All.CA may offer for sale domains which All.CA is in an auction to acquire, in the expectation that All.CA will successfully acquire them. In the rare case that a customer buys a domain that is later determined not to be in All.CA`s inventory, All.CA reserves the right to either refund the customer`s money or to acquire the domain on the customer`s behalf, at All.CA`s sole discretion.
In cases where All.CA is unable to supply a domain that a customer has intended to purchase, the customer agrees that the customer`s sole and complete remedy shall be a refund of fees paid. The customer agrees that the customer shall not rely on the potential availability of any Offering, including, but not limited to, the purchase of a domain name, for any purpose, unless and until such name is actually registered to the customer.
Error Refund Policy
All.CA makes every attempt to carry out its work flawlessly, including both human and machine processes. Such attempts notwithstanding, it cannot be ruled out that errors may occur on occasion, despite all efforts to avoid them. In the case of errors by Us, You agree that Your sole remedy shall be a full refund of fees actually paid by you to All.CA for the specific, individual transaction during the execution or processing of which such an error occurred. You agree to forever forebear from any and all attempts to recover any money, property, or intangible rights or value from Us as a result of any errors we may make, other than the full refund of fees actually paid by you to All.CA for the specific, individual transaction during the execution or processing of which such an error occurred.
